First Tunisia then Egypt but what about Syria.

Gamal Mubarak, 48 and believed to be his father's choice of successor, boarded a private jet from Cairo to London with his wife, daughter and around 100 piece of luggage.
But it looks like what happens in Syria stays in Syria, the Government is very strong and people still scared to talk.
Maybe it's the dead calm..let's wait and see.

Tal al-Mallouhi Stands Trial at the SSSC

Blogger and Student Tal al-Mallouhi (Homs-1991) stood in front of the Supreme State Security Court (SSSC) in Damascus in a court hearing on Monday (17/11/2011) accused of collaborating with a foreign country. This is the second time that Tal is interrogated by the SSSC since her arrest. There was a total lack of media coverage surrounding the trial.

Tal Dauser al-Mallouhi was arrested on 27/12/2009 and is being subjected to ill treatment and torture, and the SSSC at which her trial is being held is an unfair court whose sentences are predetermined and lacks the lowest of standards of any fair trials. She does not have the right to defend herself or to appoint a lawyer to speak for her.

SHRC calls upon the Syrian Authorities to release the student and blogger Tal al-Mallouhi and to put an end to repressive arrests. In the case of a legal accusation being put against her, then she should be tried at a fair and independent court which will look into her case.
